Koss Aerospace, a global leader in the high-quality production of aircraft components is currently seeking a full-time permanent
Material Control Clerk - to join our manufacturing team on the day shift, which is 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.

This position is responsible for all functions related to operating a forklift, as well as shipping and receiving products and helping with production needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Must be a certified forklift driver to operate forklift or other equipment to load, unload, transport, and store goods.
Verifies type and quantity of material received. Completes required documentation
Maintains Electronic Records through the use of Excel
Performs transactions as required using the Company ERP/Database
Stores received materials and delivers to destination department per schedules
Maintain Raw Material Stores
Maintain Finished Goods Stores
Ensures complete and accurate shipments of finished goods to customers
Prepares and packs product as required
Performs a variety of quality checks to ensure standards and specifications are met
Perform and document all inspections of forklifts
Trouble shoots and resolve basic to moderate operating issues involving inventory
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
A robust and symbiotic relationship with the Operations team is necessary
Leadership and ownership of the department, job responsibilities and job function
Manage all functions related to cleaning and sanitizing their work area

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum High School; associated degree or higher preferred
2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
Experience with EPR system required
Forklift experience/ or Overhead crane experience is required
Previous shipping and/or receiving experience is an asset
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
Good verbal, written and multitasking skills, can do attitude
Highenergy, flexible, elfstarter, attention to detail
