Job Description:

-
Proactive outbound control in close cooperation with Transport Coordinators, DC outbound, stores and carriers
-
Support and educate transport systems users, providing on-site training and support
-
Coordination and alignment with all related departments on operational SOPS for new services or initiatives
-
Reporting KPI's, deviating's routes that need adjusting with stakeholders in DC and transport operations
-
Ensure that all transport related systems (Delcon
, RFID, YMS etc
) works as expected and used in a correct way to aspire best service to the stores, and ensure that business is not interrupted
-
Ensure that all transport systems and related procedures are implemented and followed by all end users
-
Monitor H&M transport system integr
. towards carrier systems

Monitor, report and coordinate transport unit flows throughout the region and/or within the assigned markets
-
Monitor stock deliveries to be in full, at the correct frequency and in time; monitor fill grade targets are met


Qualifications:

-
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience:


  • 2+ years experience in transportation or operational logistics routines:
  • Negotiation and bidding experience preferred
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a high pressure, multipersonality, fastpaced, deadline oriented environment
  • Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with peers, internal customers, and outside vendors
  • Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office Suite
