Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

To prepare, fill, rotate and maintain product displays, ensuring the quality of product meets Company standards;
To be responsible for organizing and setting up the department;
To provide input on the ordering of all salad bar department supplies for efficient operations;
To follow the set guidelines of the Salad Bar Program;
To maintain the sanitation standards and safety procedures in accordance with Company policy;
To assist in the directing and supervising of staff (as required);
To assist in training new part time staff (as required);
Other duties, as required.
12 years' previous experience in a salad bar retail environment;
Flexibility to work night shifts;
Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills;
Previous experience in a produce department a definite asset;
Previous experience in creative and unique merchandising would be considered an asset;
Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment.
