We have a Seasonal opportunity in Operations for the position of Skilled Worker - Summer Help.

May September 2023

This is a part time position and the shifts and hours could vary, your schedule may change based on the needs of the business.

The key position responsibilities include:

Responsible for set up, start up and the operation of filling equipment, includes caser/stacker areaensuring case supply to caser equipment and conveyers are properly working
Input and receive data from computer terminal
Maintain quality control checks of codes, seals and weights
Regular cleaning of associated work area and equipment operated
Report mechanical failures and repair minor breakdowns
Supports and maintains Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P. quality standards.
Other duties as assigned
Grade 12 education
Mechanically inclined
Working knowledge in food or dairy environment
Forklift Licensed preferred
Basic computer knowledge would be an asset
Must be a person who can multitask and enjoys working in a dynamic environment
A high commitment level and a team player who works well with everyone
Can easily assume additional responsibility as required
Quick at assessing the facts and making a sound decision
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
