About the Position
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Associate is responsible for supporting and facilitating the new homes sales process.

Duties and Responsibilities

Selling new homes
Prospecting new buyers
Assist with managing inventory, sales and customer relations
Ensure products from the sales center, show homes and predesigned inventory are professionally marketed and presented
Research and analyze competitive information in the new home and resale market
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive leads

Qualifications

Minimum one (1) year of experience in a direct sales experience; new home sales preferred
Motivated, independent and selfdriven
Personable, outgoing and energetic
Must be willing to work 12:00pm 8:00pm on weekdays and 10:30am 5:00pm on weekends
