Description
Tool & Die Pre-Apprentice college program (2 year)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Enrolled in Apprenticeship program with Ministry of Training, Colleges, & Universities
  • Performs all duties as assigned in accordance with and adherence to the TS 16949 Quality System Standard
  • Follows Policies, Procedures and Work Instructions as outlined in the Quality Systems Manual and Employee Handbook
  • Performs all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by all health, safety, 5S and Housekeeping guidelines and rules;
  • Reports all unsafe & unhealthy conditions to Management or a member of the Joint Health & Safety Committee
  • Performs other tasks as required
  • Standing for long periods of time
  • Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Work independently

Salary:
$23.00-$27.50 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Woodbridge, ON L4L 4Y5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Tool and Die: 2 years (preferred)
