Description

For our subsidary in Philippines (around 10M€ / 230 employees), we look for a new BU Manager.

Freyssinet Philippines belong to Asia Zone (130M€ / 2500 employees - 10 subsidaries) of Freyssinet Group.

Reporting to this Zone Manager, your main tasks are:

- implementing the development strategy of the company ;
- to realize a competitive intelligence, to meet new clients and to identify opportunities on the amount ;
- elaborating the technical and commercial proposals ;
- to manage the activity and team on the territory ;
- pushing Freyssinet technology and expertise (especially in repair & structural reinforcement activities) on the local market and leading negotiation with potential clients ;
- managing projects realisation ;
- being responsible for Financial results of the entity ;
- being responsible for hiring new staff and the developement of the current team.

Graduated from a Civil engineering school, you have at least 10 years of experience within the civil engineering sector, as Business Development Manager or as BU Manager (management of a team & a P&L).

Moreover, you have a strong knowledge on Freyssinet technology and products.

A knowledge of the local market would be a plus.

Good interpersonal skills, commercial acumen and client orientated focus, entrepreneurial spirit, excellent people management skills.
