Role Overview


Reporting to the Team Lead, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring that all WCD customers receive helpful, consistent, and exceptional customer service.

Key Results

Mail Services

  • Sort & distribute intercompany mail throughout the plant sites
  • Track incoming/outgoing shipments as required
  • Delivery of copy paper and stationery orders
  • Delivery and install of Toner cartridges
  • Pick up and deliver Purolator parcels
Education

  • High school diploma or GED is a requirement.
Skills and Experience

  • A solid understanding of computers and office equipment is a requirement.
  • Must adapt to changing weather environments
  • Exceptional customer service ethic is displayed in the passion for the work.
  • Ability to desire to perform different functions daily as required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Additional:


  • Personal transportation is required as the site is located in a rural area.
  • A valid Ontario drivers license is required, with a clean driver's abstract
  • Criminal background check is required
Full-time, 1 year Maternity coverage contract


Experience:

Courier Driver: 1 year (preferred)

  • Secondary School (required)
