All Axis auto loans report to Equifax, resulting in over 70% of customers seeing a significant improvement of their credit scores.

Summary:

The Receptionist will be required to perform an array of administrative tasks for the company. This includes coordinating and communicating with different departments. Must be able to multi-task and be able to handle a busy environment. Must have strong organizational skills and have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites including Excel, Outlook and Word.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide telephone directory assistance and take phone messages
  • Greet customers that come to the office and refer them to the right personnel
  • Receive incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate staff
  • Perform a wide variety of clerical and administrative tasks in order to maintain different types of documents in the reception area
  • Provide general information to customers and vendors
  • Help ensure the parking policy is being followed
  • Provide administrative support to all departmental members
  • Perform basic bookkeeping functions
  • Review and prepare all documents, and other correspondence materials for the Admin Department
  • Coordinate departmental office activities
  • Review, evaluate and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist with report and presentation preparation
  • Maintain and monitor office supply inventory levels and place orders as required
  • Prepare travel arrangements with a keen attention to detail, where necessary
  • Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 35 years of administrative and/or receptionist experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel and Outlook required
  • Strong Administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects
  • Good time management and prioritizing skills
  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures
  • Effective written and communication skills
