Wilsons Heating is looking for a Service Dispatcher to join our team at our Truro office

This role reports to the Branch/Admin Manager and works closely with several other team members.


Our next Service Dispatcher is someone who is:

  • Detail-oriented and very organized
  • Dependable and a team player
  • Able to deal with conflict and solve it quickly
  • Clientfocused and positive
  • Able to switch between tasks such as answering the phone and data entry projects
  • Skilled in communicating effectively both verbally and written
  • Able to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a fastpaced customer service role
  • Experience in dispatching is an asset
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Knowledge of GPS systems; familiar with Truro and surrounding areas geography
  • Multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain accuracy in a fastpaced environment; for example, to triage customer requests to efficiently schedule service technicians
  • Knowledge of computer programs and aptitude to learn new software systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in another data entry or customer service role is an asset

Compensation:

This position is compensated at $46,000 - $48,000 per year depending on experience.

$46,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
