Job Description

8+ years of strong Business Analysis experience in a Capital Markets, Regulatory Reporting, and/or Finance/Risk background
5+ projects in Capital Markets, Regulatory Reporting, and/or Finance/Risk/ Cash Management/ Transaction banking domain
Experience in systems implementation, process improvements or systems reengineering projects
Intermediate to advanced SQL Experience with the ability to retrieve and analyze data.
Ability to articulate issues around Big Complex datasets and propose solutions to remedy issues
Motivated selfstarter who has natural curiosity. Collaborative Problem Solver.
Strong analytical/problem solving skills and attention to detail
Selfmotivated and proactive with proven ability to work accurately and under pressure to meet deadlines

Strong communication skills

Ability to summarize and explain clearly large and complex information to a wide range of audiences (Finance, Finance IT and Business Stakeholders)
Experience working with Jira, Confluence, MS Office
Consulting experience with an established business or technology consulting firm
Ability to interpret Regulatory Regulations into development requirements/specifications as required for report development.
Ability to lead the translation of Finance's regulatory requirements into data sourcing requirements/specifications as required for report development.
