  • 8+ years of strong Business Analysis experience in a Capital Markets, Regulatory Reporting, and/or Finance/Risk background
  • 5+ projects in Capital Markets, Regulatory Reporting, and/or Finance/Risk/ Cash Management/ Transaction banking domain
  • Experience in systems implementation, process improvements or systems reengineering projects
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL Experience with the ability to retrieve and analyze data.
  • Ability to articulate issues around Big Complex datasets and propose solutions to remedy issues
  • Motivated selfstarter who has natural curiosity. Collaborative Problem Solver.
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Selfmotivated and proactive with proven ability to work accurately and under pressure to meet deadlines


  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to summarize and explain clearly large and complex information to a wide range of audiences (Finance, Finance IT and Business Stakeholders)
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, MS Office
  • Consulting experience with an established business or technology consulting firm
  • Ability to interpret Regulatory Regulations into development requirements/specifications as required for report development.
  • Ability to lead the translation of Finance's regulatory requirements into data sourcing requirements/specifications as required for report development.
