Audit Liaison
CTBC Bank Corp. (Canada) is seeking a full-time Liaison to work in our Vancouver, BC office.

CTBC Bank Corp. (Canada) is a subsidiary of CTBC Bank Co. Ltd. and is amongst the largest and most profitable privately owned banks headquartered in Taiwan.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update Audit Charter, Audit Policy and Procedures.
  • Report risk assessment and annual audit plan to Audit Committee (AC).
  • Individual audit planning.
  • Communication with auditee during audit work.
  • Audit workpapers quality assurance.
  • Audit report delivery.
  • Audit issue tracking & followup.
  • Audit status reporting to AC.
  • Selfevaluation for Parent Bank Internal Audit's annual performance evaluation on outsourced internal audit (IA) activities.
  • Audit Committee's annual performance evaluation on outsourced IA.
  • Review the outsourcing contract / agreement every two years or when necessary.
  • Review external quality assurance result and report to AC.
  • Review outsourced auditors' qualification & training records annually.

Education/Experience/Skills:


High School Diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.

  • 12 years of customer service experience preferred.
