Accounts Receivable Team Lead - Edmonton, Canada - GREAT NORTH WELLHEAD AND FRAC

Hours of work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location:
This position can work out of Edmonton, Calgary or Red Deer.
The Accounts Receivable Team Lead position is responsible for a variety of daily tasks and duties supporting the company's revenue cycle with sales orders, invoicing, invoice uploading, customer management, AR portal management and administrative support functions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage AR portals used for invoice submissions including setup and maintenance of price books
- Work effectively and collaboratively with company administrators, accounting, operations and sales teams
- Supervise a team of Accounts Receivables Coordinators and provide leadership to the Branch Administrators and Managers on accounts receivables functions and operations
- Efficiently and accurately create branch sales orders, rental orders, and credit invoices, including collection of support documents
- Customer management including credit apps, customer setup and maintenance
- Assist with company AR related project implementations
- Manage collections of overdue invoices including communication with customers to troubleshoot issues
- Generate training documents related to position
- Maintain safety specific Workhub online training, certificates, policies, procedures, etc., pretraining to this position
- Assist with monthend invoice verification tasks
- Other job duties as required

Qualifications & Experience
- College Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
- 25 years Accounts Receivable experience in a Small to medium sized business
- Experience supervising small to medium sized teams
