Hours of work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday


Location:
This position can work out of Edmonton, Calgary or Red Deer.


The Accounts Receivable Team Lead position is responsible for a variety of daily tasks and duties supporting the company's revenue cycle with sales orders, invoicing, invoice uploading, customer management, AR portal management and administrative support functions.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage AR portals used for invoice submissions including setup and maintenance of price books
  • Work effectively and collaboratively with company administrators, accounting, operations and sales teams
  • Supervise a team of Accounts Receivables Coordinators and provide leadership to the Branch Administrators and Managers on accounts receivables functions and operations
  • Efficiently and accurately create branch sales orders, rental orders, and credit invoices, including collection of support documents
  • Customer management including credit apps, customer setup and maintenance
  • Assist with company AR related project implementations
  • Manage collections of overdue invoices including communication with customers to troubleshoot issues
  • Generate training documents related to position
  • Maintain safety specific Workhub online training, certificates, policies, procedures, etc., pretraining to this position
  • Assist with monthend invoice verification tasks
  • Other job duties as required

Qualifications & Experience

  • College Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
  • 25 years Accounts Receivable experience in a Small to medium sized business
  • Experience supervising small to medium sized teams
