We are located in central Toronto and accessible by TTC.

We are looking for motivated individuals who are available Full-time from MAY 2024 (weather dependent) to SEPTEMBER 2024 (weather dependent) or until the end of the golf season.

The Position:

As a member of the Donalda Grounds Team, you will work alongside the Golf Course Superintendent and his assistants for maintenance of the golf course to deliver the best possible playing conditions for the membership on a daily basis.

EXPECTED START DATE:
May 1, 2024 (weather dependent)

An Overview of Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Mowing and maintenance of greens, tees, fairways and rough
Raking and maintenance of sand traps
Raking and removal of leaves and other debris
Other turf duties as requested by grounds management team
Our goal is to provide our membership with a highclass golf experience daily. We strive to staff our turf maintenance team with talented people who share our level of enthusiasm.
Operation of light equipment such as handpowered tools, riding mowers, tractors, etc.

Job Requirements:

Ability to work early mornings (5:306:00 A.M. start times)
Available to work the required weekends and holidays
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Physically capable of completing required tasks
Previous landscaping experience (preferred, but not necessary)
Golf course experience an asset (but not necessary)
Must possess excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detailoriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Must be extremely responsible with integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
