Qualifications:

Years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred or an equivalent of practical experience.
Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
Reliable, punctual, and organized to effectively manage many tasks and meet appropriate deadlines.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to provide mentorship & advice to working Foremen and field staff to ensure successful completion of projects.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Valid Drivers License.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all onsite construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Supervise and direct subcontractors, ensuring work is performed according to project specifications and quality standards.
Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Consult with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve construction problems and improve construction method to minimize delays, maximize efficiency, and ensure a smoothly run project.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address safety hazards, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
Work under deadlines in a fastpaced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the schedule requirements.
Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with company policies, contract specifications, and applicable building codes and regulations.
