The Role
Edmonton Kenworth Ltd.

is looking for a
Computer Technician at our
Leduc location, who is responsible for the installation of hardware and software and end user support in a network environment as well as dealing with vendors and service companies.

Occasional travel to remote branches will be required.


Responsibilities
Provide end-users with Level 1 technical (basic to intermediate) support

Complete a varity of projects assigned specifically to them as well as working cooperatively in a group environment

Daily monitoring and updating of ticketing system


Requirements:


  • A certificate or diploma in a computer related field from a recognized postsecondary institution
  • 2 years of experience supporting users in a network environment
  • Experience with Windows 10 Pro

Additional skills that will be an asset:

  • Experience with Windows Server 201
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange Online
  • Experience with Lync/Skype for Business/Teams
  • Experience with VMWare
  • Cyber Security Awareness Training

Shift
This is a Permanent Full Time position.

- user support in network environment: 2 years (preferred)
