Cleaning Support Technician
The incumbent will be responsible for the Cleaning Support duties of all the clean rooms (CE) and other manufacturing areas in accordance with prescribed procedures.
The incumbent performs machine cleaning and other duties in manufacturing area in accordance with good manufacturing practices and established standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs cleaning of controlled areas and gowning rooms, and uncontrolled areas in accordance with established procedures
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of all the clean rooms (CE) and other manufacturing areas
- Performs daily and weekly cleans on Function Test and Leaflet Formation machines if required
- Performs prestartup activities on Function Test machines if required
- Monitors Leaflet Formation machines for pressure loss and/or leakage
- Performs sterilization STAN run monitoring if required
- Ensures that equipment has been calibrated prior to use and properly secured upon completion if applicable
- Documents work accurately and completely on forms and logbooks/daily production logs as applicable to the task
- Maintains traceability and proper documentation on all materials and components processed through the area
- Verifies and document that all materials are acceptable prior to use
- Maintains inventory of materials in their respective areas
- Performs daily monitoring of the equipment and environments as required
- Assures labor time keeping systems are accurately maintained
- Handles chemicals as required after proper training
- Performs other duties as required
Other Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent required
- Must be capable of understanding and following written & verbal instructions given in English
- Openminded and accepts constructive criticism and feedback
- Ability to work well with coworkers in a team environment with limited supervision
- Able to work night shifts (10 pm to 6.30 am)
- Able to rotate shifts and work overtime on short notice
Compensation:
Training Wage:
$19/hr, upon completion of training, wage will increase to 20/hr
Benefits are 100% employer-paid
