Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Classroom Assistant to join our team.

The Classroom Assistant will work closely with the lead teacher to provide support in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for children.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in early childhood education and passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners.

Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
Support classroom management by maintaining a safe and organized environment
Provide individualized attention and support to students as needed
Assist with student supervision during indoor and outdoor activities
Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and development
Help prepare materials, resources, and equipment for classroom activities
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes learning and growth
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to effectively educate and engage young children
Experience working in a classroom or educational setting preferred
Strong organizational skills to assist with classroom management
Basic knowledge of math concepts for early childhood education

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in early childhood education preferred
Previous experience working with children is highly desirable

Please note that all positions at our organization are paid, including internship positions.

Pay:
$16.05-$25.79 per hour
