Description

The Customer Service Representative Lead is responsible for processing sales quickly, accurately and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and friendly service.


Job Duties:


  • Greet and assist customers in a manner that models exemplary conduct to other staff.
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
  • Make sure all customer queries are addressed and handled professionally, leaving the customer with a positive resolution.
  • Processes customer adjustments correctly and in a timely manner
  • Build team commitment to high standards of service, exceeding Customer expectations and leading by example
  • Creatively address merchandise displays in windows, showcases, and on the sales floor to attract attention and promote sales
  • Conduct oneonone and/or small group training presentations for Associates on product knowledge, store activities, and established policies and procedures
  • Use selling techniques such as add on sales and describing technical information to customers to enhance salesmanship and reach store and position sales goals; use these techniques to train other employees
  • Assist the store manager in ensuring that the functions and operations of the store are run in a proper fashion.
  • Lead with high energy, positivity and represent Healthy Planet Store with pride
  • Work in collaboration with Store Management to help develop a team through our core values and cultural platforms.
  • Motivate and inspire Team Members to exceed daily/monthly/quarterly goals.
  • Contribute to crushing team goals
  • Collaborate with Store Management to provide coaching and constructive feedback to Team Members.
  • Ensure all store operations are completed effectively and efficiently, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure store is visually beautiful, clean and wellstocked.
  • Performs other general duties assigned

Requirements & Must Haves:


  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Minimum 3 yrs experience for a team lead and 5 years experience for supervisors; with a background in retail and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years' retail or customer service management experience (Keyholder at minimum)
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Experience leading & motivating retail teams and proven track record of exceptional customer service strongly preferred
  • Driven to deliver superior service by exceeding customer expectations
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers
  • Able to work well as a team player in a fastpaced, energetic environment
  • Proven ability to plan, set and achieve goals
  • Be a selfstarter and use good judgment in all situations
  • Excellent verbal, written English and interpersonal communication skills
  • Open availability and flexibility to work as per the needs of the businessAbility to train employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
