What you'll do

This position will handle all order management functions upon receipt of a customer order to ensure approval drawing sign offs, releases and deliveries are maintained as needed.- Provide accurate drawing approval packages, work with client to re-access needs, re-quote and provide revised drawings as required- Maintain project files to ensure the correct material is released for production at the appropriate times.- Works closely with the production planners to ensure manufacture of product for on time delivery.

Offer substitution ideas when delivery expectations can't be met.- Maintain project spreadsheet to ensure accuracy of delivered materials, including quantities and price based on our customer purchase order- Logs and manages all change notices, correspondence, and requests.- Responsible for issuing credits, debits, Return Material Authorizations etc.- Assists in resolving any billing, shipping and quality issues as needed.- Review bill of material for replacement parts as required.- Works with the credit department on invoice discrepancies- Liaises with the shipping department in setting up appropriate delivery appointments for the project.

What you'll need- College Diploma from an accredited institution- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)- Strong project management capabilities with a constant curiosity for learning within a fast-paced, evolving environment A valid driver's license- Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team
