Description

We are looking for an upbeat, passionate, committed, enthusiastic, and dynamic teacher who wants to work in a rewarding teaching environment. Our programs offer individual support to students looking to improve their academic skills and study habits. Our current teachers have been with us for long term - it's very rewarding work

Required:

Undergraduate or postsecondary qualification
Strong oral and written English skills
Extensive knowledge of the Canadian grade 912 math curriculum (including Advanced Functions, Linear Algebra, Calculus, Data Management, and Trigonometry). Up to grade ten math as a minimum.
Chemistry, Biology, and Physics knowledge is an asset
Experience with students in a teaching or tutoring environment
Ability to organize and multitask

We'll train you in the Oxford methods, as long as you bring your knowledge and a good attitude - we're all set*
It's important that you are able to work Tuesday and Thursday evenings (5:00-8:00 pm minimum) as well as Saturday mornings (9:00-1:00 pm).

We have sessions Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm-8:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00-1:00 pm. At least a 1 year commitment is required.
