UCSH is looking for a full time
Junior Accounting Analyst position. This is an on-site position in our Markham location.


WHAT'S THE JOB ABOUT?
Some of the work you will do, but not limited to:

  • Set up Project Accounting and Contract in Microsoft Great Plains ERP systems.
  • Complete monthly progress billings and reconciliations.
  • Conduct revenue recognition analysis on large construction contracts.
  • Conduct gross margin analysis and comparisons to budgets.
  • Submission of construction industry statutory declarations.
  • Perform account receivable duties, collections and month end close.
  • Bank Reconciliations and process journal entries.
  • Provide adhoc reporting and maintain audit schedules (Revenue and Receivables).
  • Work closely with project mangers' and sales team.
  • Other duties as assigned

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE LIKE YOU WHO HAS:

  • Bachelor degree in accounting/finance program
  • Enrolled in CPA program
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in ERP system
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Results oriented with ability to multitask
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office, especially in excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work as a team and independently
