UCSH is looking for a full time
Junior Accounting Analyst position. This is an on-site position in our Markham location.

WHAT'S THE JOB ABOUT?
Some of the work you will do, but not limited to:

Set up Project Accounting and Contract in Microsoft Great Plains ERP systems.
Complete monthly progress billings and reconciliations.
Conduct revenue recognition analysis on large construction contracts.
Conduct gross margin analysis and comparisons to budgets.
Submission of construction industry statutory declarations.
Perform account receivable duties, collections and month end close.
Bank Reconciliations and process journal entries.
Provide adhoc reporting and maintain audit schedules (Revenue and Receivables).
Work closely with project mangers' and sales team.
Other duties as assigned

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE LIKE YOU WHO HAS:

Bachelor degree in accounting/finance program
Enrolled in CPA program
Minimum 1 year of working experience in ERP system
Excellent attention to detail
Results oriented with ability to multitask
Excellent Communication Skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office, especially in excel
Strong organizational and time management skills
Able to work as a team and independently
