The opportunity
In this role as a Manager - Client Experience you will join our Coaching COE Practice.

The COE works with client Executive Teams providing them with customized Coaching and Leadership Development based on their unique needs.

From the first touch point to the post session review, in your role you will support the team to provide exceptional client communications, discovery sessions, interviews, content creation, and workshop delivery.


Our team coaching methodology is based on a design thinking approach to help our clients identify and action new ways of working with each other, making decisions, and fuelling culture.

Our team works closely with EY's go to market teams to engage with clients on some of their most strategic endeavours.

This team creates new and different conversations with at the executive level with EY's most important clients, embarking on end-to-end journeys of alignment, clarity and impact.


Your key responsibilities:


Client Workshop Development:


  • Be the point of contact for daytoday interactions with the external executive clients
  • Own the project management of all client engagements, capturing all milestones and activities to ensure all elements are executed in a timely way
  • Drive the discovery phase, ensuring an in depth understanding of the client's current situation through interviews and/or review of current state documentation as applicable
  • Distill and ensure relevant insights from client discovery phase are shared with the larger team
  • Cofacilitate designthinking based leadership development activities, ideation, and prioritization sessions to draw out innovative, clientcentric, valuegenerating results
  • Identify and bring internal and/or external thought leaders, case studies and examples to share new perspectives
  • Create customized content and assets in support of the client's workshop and solution
  • Codesign and facilitate immersive leadership development sessions

Internal Business Development Activities:


  • Working with EY account teams and our clients to help identify and articulate clear areas of focus for leadership team development
  • Collaborating with EY account teams to deliver insightful briefings from the coaching journeys to support further engagement opportunities
  • Working with internal stakeholders to showcase what the EY Coaching COE can support their client needs and generate revenue
  • Identify client needs to continuously identify new opportunities for EY Coaching COE

Skills and attributes for success:


  • Deliver differentiating client experiences, leverage leadership research and innovative coaching approaches to tackle complex leadership challenges and drive alignment towards insightful solutions
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, integrate into new teams, and rapidly establish credibility with clients
  • Promote collaboration and elevate conversations to new heights
  • Deliver exceptional and highquality outcomes that bring new value to our clients
  • Familiarity with trends affecting the business landscape and key issues / opportunities facing major industries

To qualify for the role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience ideally in: Marketing, Communications, Business Development, Account Management or Client Relationship Management
  • Proven experience working with executives
  • Proven project management skills, be delivery focused / detail oriented and demonstrate confidence in managing executive stakeholders with potentially differing perspectives
  • Experience creating impact engaging content such as: Written Communications, Thought Leadership, Case Studies, and Workshops

Ideally, you'll also have:


  • University degree in relevant discipline
  • Expertise in design thinking tools and methods
  • Experience driving thoughtful and impactful discussions
  • Experience facilitating workshops
