Who you are
- You have an amazing eye for detail (like expiry dates) and can effortlessly juggle multiple competing priorities (like making an icecream cone and keeping your work station clean as you go)
- You are open to learning, have a general cando attitude and are energized by working on a team
- You're not the type to ever be caught cutting corners because you're obviously HealthandSafetyconscious
- You have at least 6 months of customer service work experience in a restaurant, retail or similar environment (preferred but not required)
- You are totally cool with working in a physically demanding, fastpaced, environment
Your responsibilities
- Being an active IKEA Ambassador by ensuring our customers are always in focus
- Serving customers and processing transactions accurately and promptly, including cash handling
- Ensuring that quality, efficiency and correct pricing is maintained and that our product range is displayed in an appealing manner
- Focusing on our daily and weekly sales targets
- Preparing to answer questions about our sourcing practices, ingredients, specials and standards
- Responsible for a clean, tidy, organized, accurately priced, attractive and inviting workspace
- Actively abiding by all IKEA safety standards, policies, and food waste programs
- Assisting other coworkers as required.

The starting rate/salary for this position ranges from $ 19.06 to $ 24.11 and will be based on relevant work experience.
