Customer Service Representative - Vancouver, Canada - Absolute Software
Description
The Customer Service Representative resolves general account and licensing related issues in a timely and effective fashion, using customer service and technical skills.
This role will also work closely with Absolute's Technical Support team - performing initial triage and troubleshooting steps. As such, a combination of customer centricity and strong technical skills is crucial.
We operate a follow-the-sun support model with set shift times starting as early as 6am or finishing as late as 6pm; we go the extra mile for our customers - some working hours flexibility is expected.

Skills:
- Customer service effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Initiative, tenacity, and a passion for supporting customers
- Ability to prioritize and manage a high workload within a fast paced environment
- Able to work independently whilst also contributing to the team
- Strong case management and issue documentation
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies
- Experience with one or more CRM or ticket tracking systems
- Experience with installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows and Mac devices
- Experience with firewalls, antivirus and encryption products
- Experience with security policies (authorized contact validation, approval documentation, etc.)
- Microsoft MSP/MCSA/MSCE
- CompTia A+, Network+, Security+
- The base pay range for this position is from $45,000 $50,000 annually; the base pay offered is determined by the market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our annual bonus program._
