Job Summary


As a member of the Advice Centre Product & Transformation team you will be a key contributor to AC strategy and technology roadmap (Voice Assistant, A-Sync Messaging, Advisor Enablement, Generative AI, etc.).

You will support managing activities across the team - enabling them to prioritize for impact, meet objectives, and partner with key stakeholders across the Advice Centre.

You will also support delivery of team planned initiatives aligned to efficiency targets, and work cross-functionally to drive these strategic initiatives and improve AC processes.

You will leverage insights from analyzing processes and data through various sources, such as call listening, analytics reporting, and procedure review, to unlock the potential of our advisors by identifying pain points and opportunities to improve the client experience.


  • Source and analyze data across multiple sources to provide key insights that initiate and execute initiatives that align with strategic priorities
  • Leverage Business Agility principles to support ongoing planning of intake, prioritization, and delivery of various Business-AsUsual and Transformational initiatives across the team
  • Work with team Product Owners to deliver process improvement, optimization and automation projects aligned with AC strategic priorities and CBO Roadmap
  • Support implementation of assigned initiative(s) establishing relationships and routines with partners impacted by initiative(s)
  • Collaborate with key AC partners to support Advisor Change Management and/or Communication activities related to assigned/planned strategic initiatives
  • Partner with AC Analytics, Workforce Management, and Product Owners to understand key business performance results relative to assigned initiatives
  • Manage priorities & deadlines to ensure effective implementation of initiatives (planned/unplanned/transformational)

Must-have

  • Superior problem solving and analytical skills, with willingness to challenge the status quo, think outside the box
  • Detail oriented and well organized
  • Experience with the Mircrosoft office suite including Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships, and collaboration
  • A passion for technology and how it is developed, implemented, and refined from a business lens

Nice-to-have

  • Business and data analysis experience
  • Process optimization acumen
  • Experience or understanding of Agile methodology and/or Digital Product methodology
  • Bilingual (English/French)
