Responsibilities:
- Records all receipts into accounting system
- Reconciles outgoing jet fuel volume
- Investigates all inventory variances
- Works with corporate office to prepare reports for billing
- Prepares month end reports for customers and suppliers
- Allocates fuel receipts among customers and suppliers
- Communicates between internal and external departments (in multiple cities)
- Investigates and corrects inventory related customer issues as needed
- Responsible for accurate accounting of fuel transactions
- Performs other duties and assignments as directed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Excel, formulas/spreadsheets
- Computer proficient including web browser/internet/outlook
- Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Flexible work schedule including: weekends and holidays, ability to work overtime during peak seasons.
