Job Duties & Responsibilities

Product On-line Inspection:

Appearance of the product
Legibility of printed lot # and expiry date
Verification of the lot # and expiry date from
source documents (Client approved document or P/LAF)
Label variable data verification against RC
Overall quality of each unit

Production Documentation (MPWO, P/LAF, STR):

Overview of MPWO, P/LAF and STR contents & sections applicable to Packagers
Documentation in the MPWO (GDP)

Opening Procedures:

Cleaning and line clearance (MPWO and logbook(s))
Training log
Check room temperature
Print STR

Materials Issuance:

Making issuance entries (quantity required, quantity issued) against P/LAF and STR
Moving materials into the room (check all part numbers and lot numbers)
Moving labels from label gen to production (ERP and staging)
Handling of online rejects (when/how to raise NMR)

Labelling and kitting:

Following labelling instructions as per MPWO
Verification of label variables against STR & PLAF
Sample preparation and verification

Reconciliation:

Calculation of materials consumed/returned
Reconciliation of finished goods.

Closing procedures:

Packout
Cleaning and postline clearance (MPWO and logbooks)
Printing and verification of container labels

JDE:

Signingin
Transfer label stock from label gen to staging
Materials issuance/consumption/Returns

Shift:
Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
