  • Salary Range for Process Lead from $76,616 to $114,923 / year
  • Define and enforce standard processes and tools for defect handling and centerline management.
  • Identify technical operations opportunities and implement strategies to optimize machine utilization.
  • Track breakdowns, assess root causes, and implement countermeasures to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Support team in implementing Daily Management System (DMS) elements, participate in Line Centric Team (LCT) meetings, and contribute to divisional and corporate objectives
