Your role:

We need you for:
Lead Supplier Quality processes deployment with suppliers for new part development based on the APQP process Onsite Supplier process audits: Production trial runs, Run at rates, special process audits (welding, heat treatment, coatings, plating, forging ) Support Supplier Quality Assurance activities in collaboration with our Production plants: problem solving escalation. Support specific Supplier development programs: Zero Defect program, etc. Support design & deployment of Supplier Quality processes Measure, analyze, improve Supplier performance: quality, delivery, corporate social responsibility, material complianceWhat do you need to possess for being successful:
  • You are a "Problem Solver"
You hold a bachelor or master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience You have a high capacity to listen to our stakeholders, understand and formalize their needs You have a technical knowledge on one or several specific commodity technologies/processes (rubber, chemical, casting, forging, sheet metal work, plastic, machining, welding ) You have advance expertise with Microsoft Office (advanced users in Excel) You are bilingual English (spoken and written) You are available to travel internationally (Between 30% and 50% of the time) Knowledge of data analytics is a plus: Power BI or equivalentAt each step in your career, you will be guided along your career path to help you build a personalized career plan according to your aspirationsand it starts Now
