JOB SUMMARY**:
_ High-level description of _the purpose of the job_:
The End User & Lab Technologies Analyst will configure & administer Windows, iOS & Android endpoint management solutions. This role is expected to routinely participate as a key member within the team & operate with mínimal supervision. They must be capable developing new methodologies, policies, procedures, and standards as well as operate with technical expertise.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES**:


_ List of _c_ritical duties _that _the_ incumbent is expected to perform _:

  • Configure Endpoint Management platforms to suit the needs of the business (MECM/Intune)
  • Manage Windows endpoints using modern management tools such as Azure AD and Windows Autopilot
  • Centrally manage corporate mobile endpoints (iPhone, iPad, Samsung Mobile Phone)
  • Implements, operates, and maintains software distribution and upgrades to the various endpoints
  • Lead or participate in projects to implement or enhance client endpoints and related systems
  • Develop & Deliver training for client endpoint solutions to all internal stakeholders
  • Continuously create, review and manage our internal documentation to ensure accuracy for our support teams and product handoff
  • Provide insightful projections and recommendations for client performance, security and stability
  • Implement, document, and recommend configuration standards and train IT department staff on proper use of the firm's mobile device management system according to established policies & procedures

KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


_K_nowledge, e_ducat_ion_al requirements _and _r_elative e_xperience_ required to perform t_he job_:

  • 3+ Years of relevant work experience as part of Information Technology teams or related education
  • Excellent knowledge/Experience of Microsoft Azure, Intune, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong Experience in Android, iOS and Windows Device Enterprise Management.
  • Strong Experience in iOS Supervised and Unsupervised Management

Technical Skill

  • 3+ years of relevant Endpoint management experience in an Enterprise PC environment
  • 3+ years of experience with Windows, iOS and Android mobile device operating systems
  • 2+ years of experience with deploying iOS Supervised controls and Apple Business Manager
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure environment.
