Key Accountabilities:


  • Manages and mentors team of Business System Analysts
  • Assists with defining requirements for ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Asset, Service Request (and more) functions and issues.
  • Resolves technical issues in collaboration with different teams of support analysts.
  • Promotes persistent system issues to Engineers and Architects as required.
  • Contributes to catalogue updates.
  • Proactively makes suggestions for improvements based on understanding of Manulife / John Hancock Process & ServiceNow Functionality.

Requirements include:


  • Communicate confidently with various types of partners globally: customers, developers, QA, vendors, management.
  • Postsecondary degree or diploma in Commerce/Business Administration, Applied/Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field, Business Analyst certification, IIBA, PMI (PBA), or equivalent preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow products. Understanding of the ServiceNow Platform outofbox functionality.
  • IT Experience with the different phases of product development lifecycle: analysis, design, build, test and implement.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Experience with system and user testing.

Salary & Benefits


The annual base salary for this role in the primary location of Toronto, Ontario is expected to be between $89,950.00 CAD - $167,050.00 CAD.
