We are currently on the lookout for a Finance Manager who will play a crucial role in driving forward sales strategies and nurturing a culture of high performance within our new franchise location.

Position Overview:

The Finance Manager will play a key role in our sales department, managing all financial services and products offered to customers.

This includes securing financing, offering insurance and warranty products, and ensuring compliance with all financial and legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the finance department, ensuring efficient operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Negotiate with lenders to obtain competitive interest rates and financing programs.
Present and sell financial products, such as extended warranties, GAP insurance, and credit insurance.
Ensure compliance with all financial laws and regulations affecting the automotive industry.
Work closely with the sales team to maximize finance and product sales profitability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in automotive finance, with a strong understanding of lending practices and financial products.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
