Speedy Transport is currently looking for a billing associate to join their team.

Position Responsibilities:

Process and Audit Drivers Pay
Accurate manner in compliance to company policies
Verify all details on bills and proof of delivery and overage shortage and damages according to the manifest and maintain all information.
Verify all driver paperwork (e.g. deliveries, pickups, and extra charges)
Collect all C.O.D.
Enter deliveries, pickups, extra charges, and hourly drivers into the system accurately to the Speedy Transport Pay system.
Balance and match weekly payroll summary.
Deal with drivers' discrepancies and ensure proper measures are followed.

Position Qualifications:

Payroll experience in a trucking environment is an asset.
Ability to communicate effectively both speaking and in writing.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently or as a team.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently with other staff.
Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively.
Ability to work in a highvolume environment and meet deadlines.
Proreform any other task assigned.
