Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager within the paradigm of the Homeowners Journey (HOJ) to create features, epics and stories that align with the strategic direction for RESL Compensation
  • Connect with relevant stakeholders within and outside of HOJ to gather information critical to the success of the initiative
  • Perform relevant analysis to ensure the initiatives are well thought out and understood by stakeholders including credit platform partners
  • Participate in quarterly planning sessions and business reviews
  • Work closely with the supporting credit platform team to:
  • Prioritize backlog and recommend / support new feature enhancement
  • Ensure requirements are well understood and provide direction, clarification where necessary in collaboration with other stakeholders (e.g. comp admin team, SSF oversight etc.)
  • Provide accurate and detailed requirements to ensure feature compliance with compensation plans / business strategy
  • Support technology implementation plans, identify and mitigate risks
  • Ensure all technology deployments are validated, manage interim operational procedures and communications that may be required when issues arise
  • Support EUC's owned by the business as required
  • Proactively identify opportunities and collaborate with partners and stakeholders to advance strategic objectives and manage risks; key partners and stakeholders include Strategic Sales Forces enablement and oversight teams, training, communications, compliance, Pricing team, Credit Centre Operations, centralized Access Management teams
  • Participate in the relationship with the compensation technology vendor, attend monthly touchpoints and education/enrichment opportunities
  • Promote and support an environment that encourages productivity, innovation, teamwork, inclusivity and a high level of professionalism

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Proficient technical skills including JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Python, Microsoft Power Apps, advanced Excel
  • Proficient analytical and data modelling capabilities
  • Experience with Varicent Sales Performance Management SaaS
  • Highly motivated individual with a proven track record to deliver results
  • Strong relationship building skills with an ability to impact and influence at senior and executive levels
  • Ability to work collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders through influencing and impacting skills
  • Strategic thinker with proven ability to build strong relationships across TDBG as well as with external vendors and partners
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and priorities within a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to remain flexible with shifting priorities and ability to function under deadlines with mínimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and a professional approach; ability to interact with all levels within the organization
  • Demonstrated strong problem solving, negotiation and decisionmaking skills
