We are looking for a
Billing Coordinator to join our dynamic team

Responsibilities:

Daily reconciling / posting of cheques and deposits
Daily posting of bank deposits & EFT deposits
AR followup of overdue Invoices
Producing monthly AR Reports including WIP & Unrecorded Liabilities.
Reconciling writeoffs; refunds
Assisting with billing at month end if time permits

Qualifications:

Some experience as an Accounts Receivables Administrator
Bookkeeping / accounting courses
Key strengths and skills include financial analysis
Able to communicate effectively and collaborate to resolve problems and issues that arise
Good knowledge of Accpac Accounting software and intermediate to advanced Excel
