If you seek a rewarding, and challenging position, Serco has a great opportunity for you This position will be on a dynamic team, supporting Serco Employment Services.

The Executive Assistant will provide direct support to the Director, Employment Services, and the Project Management Office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing administrative support to the Employment Services Team, exercising confidentiality, tact and diplomacy.
  • Dependable in safeguarding business sensitive information, tracking and delivering time constraint and recurrent tasks using highly sensitive records, information and data received on a constant basis.
  • Maintaining files, records, calendars, and diaries; typically arranging business travel, coordinating meeting arrangements, and tracking expenses.
  • Develops and implements office and organizational administrative policies and procedures.
  • Attending meetings and prepare notes and/or meeting minutes.
  • Tracking action items and ensuring they are complete on time and meets leadership expectation
  • Performing complex tasks requiring the consideration of multiple variables to determine proper course of action.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience working within a multiple stakeholder environment
  • Intermediate organizational and project management skills
  • A minimum of five years administrative and office management experience of which two (2) years are in a senior level Executive Assistant role
  • Graduated from a recognized college or university with specialization in Business Administration is preferred, however a combination of experience/ education will be considered
  • Must be able to Pass Criminal Record Check (CPIC)
  • Drivers license and access to a vehicle.
