The Kitchen & Bath Specialist representative is to provide friendly, responsive service to create a first
class experience for our customers from start to finish. They aide in reaching business targets through
sales of products and services, through the use of exceptional communication skills, product knowledge,
Integrity, professionalism and passion. The Kitchen & Bath Specialist assumes a leadership role in the
Kitchen, Bath and Appliance departments.

Job Duties

  • Support sales in the Kitchen, Bath and Appliance departments
  • Greet customers warmly and ensure to provide first class customer service at all times
  • Resolve customer concerns in a courteous and professional manner
  • Operate cash terminal, handle cash, debit, or credit transactions, and issue receipts as needed
  • Be aware of current promotions and flyers and ensure that product is ready and on display
  • Prepare and generate special orders as required by customer
  • Assumes responsibility for maintenance of designated sales and performs cycle counts and
inventory counts as requested

  • Prepares weekly inventory orders and submits for Manger's approval
  • Answer incoming calls regarding products, pricing and delivery
  • Keep all checkout work stations clean, tidy, and uncluttered
  • Comply with policies and procedures regarding loss prevention, breakage of goods and health
and safety

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:


  • 13 years of Kitchen, Bath and/or Appliance experience
  • 13 years of Exceptional Customer Service experience
  • Preferred knowledge of building materials and experience in a similar position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
  • Advanced leadership abilities to foster a positive team attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Advanced computer and mathematics skills
  • Attend training as required
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision
  • Maintains professional appearance
Work Conditions

  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Predominately work indoors; some outdoor work may be required
  • Carry / move product up to 20lbs as needed
  • Able to work days, evenings, and weekends
  • Able to work overtime as required
