Summary:

Innotech-Execaire is looking for a Procedures Writer with experience in aviation/aerospace related policies, procedures and business management structures.

You will be responsible to collaborate with various internal department managers to create, maintain, upgrade manuals, policies, procedures, and associated documents.


Responsibilities:


  • The Procedures Writer shall standardize processes, policy and procedure manuals for all divisions of the Innotech-Execaire Aviation Group.
  • Shall work with the training department to help employees understand and implement required changes.

Requirements:


  • Experience in writing Policies and Procedures for an aviation or aerospace company.

Experience with the following standards:
TCCA, JIG, ICAO, IS-BAO, IS-BAH, AS9100, ATA100.

Familiar with the following tools and languages:
Simplified English (SE) and Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML), MS Office, JDE, FrameMaker, Citrix Arbortext

  • College Diploma or University Degree in communication, technical documentation or relevant education.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English mandatory, spoken and written French an asset.
  • 2 to 5 years' experience in a technical documentation environment.
