Technical Operations

Manager to join our growing building operations and maintenance team.

providing leadership of the day-to-day operations and maintenance of building systems and mechanical
equipment across the portfolio. The Technical Operations Manager will provide technical support and
guidance to Building Operators, Maintenance Technicians and Property Management. In addition, they

will have the following job accountabilities:

  • Daily monitoring of building automation systems for all buildings across the portfolio.
  • Provide technical building operations support and guidance to key stakeholders.
  • Provide oversight of compliance and safety requirements.
  • Support in preventative maintenance protocols of internal and thirdparty processes.
  • Assist property management in scope of work for thirdparty building maintenance repairs and
capital improvement projects.

  • Attend and actively participate in property management and building operations meetings.
  • Train, develop and support onboarding of current and new Building Operators.
  • Other building operations duties as required.
