Compensation Associate (Student Position)

**Description: - Temporary Full Time- Reporting to the Director, Compensation, the Compensation Associate Student is responsible for supporting the non-executive compensation team with a variety of tasks.

During the Fall work term (September to December 2024), accountabilities could include:

  • Managing the National Occupational Classifications (NOCs) for non-executive jobs;
  • Supporting the team with firstlevel employee inquiries on compensation and recognition topics;
  • Supporting with administrative tasks related to job evaluation; and
  • Conducting ad hoc reporting and analysis while participating in other initiatives as required.
  • What you will bring
  • Working towards a University/College degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail, solid written and oral communication skills, and excellent organizational skills are critical.
  • Prior experience using MS Excel is required.
  • The base salary for this position is between
    $41,400*:
  • $62,100** annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
