Overview:
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Participate in the population of our database, with an emphasis on record quality and quantity, as it relates to the continuous tracking of DVMs and their contact information.
- In collaboration with the Manager, TA, assists in executing a campus recruitment plan with an emphasis on DVM programs across Canada.
- In partnership with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team, attend, and potentially contribute to, the key professional conferences and industry events in order to expand our network and increase VetCare's profile in the marketplace.
- Implement an outreach strategy, each time a DVM post is created, to strategically target everyone who falls within the related geographic catchment area.
- Utilize the Find'Em tool to its maximum potential, by building projects for each opening alongside our TAS, and expanding upon our social media network through regular outreach, and capturing as much contact data as possible in our database.
- Develop and implement creative ways to reach our target audience of DVMs and work with marketing and the TA Team to coordinate, organize and participate in VetCare recruitment events.
- Be the guru of DVM related marketplace information and the trends and issues facing the profession including tracking the most current compensation trends and competitor intelligence.
- Be a Brand Ambassador for VetCare at external events.
- Experience using some form of CRM database would be considered an asset.
- You easily and quickly become 'a part of the team', and are driven by wanting to contribute to a Company's success.

- You have a natural curiosity to learn new things and you pride yourself on your advanced customer service skills, and your ability to change gears quickly without skipping a beat.
