We're looking for a journeyman Plumber/Gasfitter who has experience with hydronic heating systems to join our supportive and collaborative environment in Fort McMurray on a 14/14 shift.

Duties:


  • Read and interpret blueprints to understand plumbing and hydronic heating system requirements
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and hydronic heating systems in residential and multifamily commercial buildings
  • Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures
  • Locate plumbing system leaks in commercial and multifamily buildings
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure proper installation or repairs
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

Skills Required:


  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
  • Ability to assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures accurately
  • Strong knowledge of hydronic heating systems, including boilers, circulators, and heating terminals
  • Skilled in testing plumbing systems for leaks and other issues
  • Excellent problemsolving skills to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing problems
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with other construction professionals and provide exceptional customer service

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$45.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
