    Today, Booster Juice has expanded to over 420 locations across Canada; thanks to our explosive growth, we are looking to bolster our team and drive best-in-class brand awareness by bringing aboard an experienced Vice President of Marketing who will be based out of our Edmonton Head Office.**

    Reporting directly to the President and CEO and overseeing a talented team that already includes a Director of Marketing, Sr. Marketing Manager, Marketing Coordinator and an in-house Graphics team, this role offers a rewarding career path for the right individual. Some travel is required, and the ideal candidate must be not only a stellar marketer but also a champion of Booster Juice's unique corporate culture that is focused on delivering customer service excellence.

    In addition, the VP of Marketing will work collaboratively with our Operations, IT, Purchasing, and Training departments along with other business unit leaders and stakeholders to elevate Booster Juice's marketing to the next level across all platforms, including digital and traditional media.

    Scope: **The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for creating strategies that align with the financial needs of the company and our franchise partners to drive creative decisions and revenue.

    The right individual will institute goals and implement processes as well as create impactful campaigns across all forms of media, thereby developing a cohesive plan to increase brand awareness within established marketing budgets.

    The VP of Marketing is also responsible for creating, implementing, and managing effective national marketing, advertising, sales promotion, and new product development strategies in all markets that Booster Juice services across Canada.

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
    · Must have a University Marketing Degree (or related field) and at least 5 years executive marketing experience with a progressive food service company or retailer.
    · Highly skilled at developing company collateral material including brochures, presentations, sales tools etc.
    · Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to identify issues or opportunities and address them for the benefit of the brand and the company.
    · Must have the ability to think and lead with a creative vison.
    · Excellent understanding of the franchisee/franchisor relationship and ability to quickly learn the advertising requirements, programs, policies, and procedures as outlined in the Booster Juice Franchise Agreement; ability to create tools and support the marketing & advertising efforts of the franchise system.
    · Solid understanding of Digital Marketing, Loyalty Apps & Third-Party Sales and a willingness to drive improvements in those categories.
    · Ability to lead, develop, and motivate the marketing team to achieve corporate and personal goals while ultimately achieving optimal results for franchise partners.
    · Experience in leveraging social media and electronic media buy.
    · High-level analytical skill with the ability to compare competitors, market conditions and consumer research while evaluating the success of marketing campaigns against key metrics.
    · Proven ability to develop, manage, and assume financial responsibility for national brand marketing/advertising budgets and provides strategic direction for national & local marketing spends.
    · Experience conducting regular performance evaluations within a team.
    · Extensive experience driving public relations campaigns for a major brand/company.
    · Must have a strong work ethic, strong leadership skills with an engaging personality and must believe in a health & wellness lifestyle.
