The role will be responsible for managing the daily routines required to maintain the Restaurant Excellence Visit's (REV) auditing program for Tim Hortons Canada.

This individual will oversee scheduling, review analytics and develop key communications for over 4000 restaurants. This individual will work cross-functionally with key business stakeholders to identify and communicate operational opportunities in restaurants.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for analyzing national performance across all standards and deep diving into trends, both proactively and reactively.
  • Work with the operations excellence team and key stakeholders cross functionally in Equipment, Training, and Analytics, sharing insights to develop strategies on how to address top opportunities noted during restaurant audits.
  • Assist in the development of REV training resources, REV communication, and leadership presentations
  • Present key areas of opportunity to restaurant leaders monthly
  • Attend weekly calls with vendors and internal stakeholders, assisting in program and project management
  • Is a Tim Hortons Brand/Business Ambassador

Qualifications:


  • Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and problemsolving skills
  • Good working knowledge of computer software (

Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Ability to travel 010%
  • College degree or equivalent business experience and 13 years' experience
  • Proficient in using technology for training purposes.
  • MS Office Suites (Specifically: Excel)
