PRIMARY ASSIGNMENTS:

Visit clients and make informed decisions on service repair/ rehabilitation requirements to resolve sewer and water issues.
Analyze plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare job costing for projects.
Build rapport and positive relationships with customers (homeowners) during site visits.
Collect information including necessary notes, photos, and camera inspections to provide to the Office in a timely manner.
Ensure quality and completeness of estimates.
Complete all minor plumbing required to collect information for an estimate (i.e., pull toilet, camera sewer, reset toilet).
Answer customer questions on site and following the estimate.
See through phases of the customer cycle from site visit to successful completion of the project.
Ensure sufficient notes to inform the crew on project execution and special requirements.

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid Class 5 Drivers License with a clean abstract.
Experience and knowledge of trenchless sewer and water including pipe bursting, CIPP, and service pulls.
Experience with the operation of sewer camera equipment.
Experience and knowledge of basic residential plumbing including main water lines, sewer cleanouts, backflow preventers, and removing and resetting toilets.
Knowledgeable about sewer and water liner including pipe materials and conditions.
Interfaces and communicates effectively (written and oral) with the team, clients, industry contacts, and vendors.
Knowledge of construction costs and budgets, ability to develop a project schedule.
Must be punctual and dependable.
Maintain a professional presentation and demeanor.
