As a full-time Service Desk Analyst working a Thursday to Monday schedule in a hybrid/remote capacity from within the GTA, your role is to triage and resolve the technical concerns of our Corporate Office and store employees located across Canada while also providing exceptional customer service.
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform Tier 1level remote support for hardware and software issues including those with PointofSale systems and common SaaS tools.
- Maintain technical and enduser documentation of existing environments, projects, processes across all areas of Booster Juice IT.
- Direct and coordinate vendor technical support as required.
- Participate in rotating emergency oncall support and assist with other timesensitive projects as required.

- Ability to problemsolve and gather information pertaining to complex technical issues.

Required Skills:
- Previous exposure to and handson experience with the Atlassian suite of products, including Jira and Confluence.
- Previous handson experience supporting or using a restaurant or hospitality PointofSale system. Bonus points for prior exposure to Oracle Micros Simphony.
- 23 years of experience supporting users of the Microsoft Windows operating system (Windows 10, Windows Server), iOS and Android operating system(s).
- 23 years of experience supporting common online technologies and SaaS tools.
Recommended Skills:
- Preference given to those who have a technical diploma, certification(s), and/or equivalent employment experience.
