GUEST CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

Summary. Directs control over all aspects of the scheduling of all Skilled Trade Employees and outsourced Contractors. Coordinates with Project Managers, Director of Administration and any other Guest vendors to ensure each customer receives all services as specified in the contract proposal by performing the following duties.


Duties and Responsibilities.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the following duties:


  • Forecasts/schedules daily, weekly, monthly support requirements
  • Resolves minor problems
  • Maintains the ability to work regularly scheduled hours as communicated and maintains regular attendance to ensure contract compliance
  • Customer on boarding
  • Act as first point of contact for Customer
  • Assists the President/CEO and Management Team with daily administrative duties
  • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments and events
  • Composing and preparing correspondence
  • Arranging complex and detailed travel plans
  • Itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings
  • Ordering supplies for office
  • Other duties as assigned

Salary:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour
