Very concretely, you will produce healthier and better-quality food for customers and communities.


Your mission will be to:

  • Support daily activities related to all operations and minimize downtime
  • Communicate with operational leaders
  • Collect, dispose, and maintain waste and recycling
  • Be trained and required to operate different types of machinery in order to effectively complete required tasks
  • Contribute to sanitation and quality activities as required
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Promote throughput of a quality finished product with minimum waste and downtime to meet production targets to meet our customer demand while maintaining safe work practices and food safety programs.

Your assets for this position

You have:

  • Minimum grade 12 or equivalent diploma
  • Previous food handling experience
  • Ability to meet physical demands of material handling, working at heights, climbing stairs in a cold environment
  • Quality conscious mindset and good attention to detail
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work as part of a team and promote a positive work environment
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, changing priorities and work independently
  • Effective communication skills in order to encourage solution based outcomes;
  • A builder of teams and positive work environment

Hours of work:

rotating 8 hour shifts between days, afternoons and nights:
