We are presently recruiting for an
Product Manager, BOTOX COSMETIC** based in Markham. This full-time position reports the Portfolio Lead, Facial.


The incumbent will oversee this category-leading brand which fills a unique and critical role in our patients' lives and our customers' practices.

The Product Manager will be part of a fast-paced, dynamic and highly collaborative environment that is dedicated to creating value for our customers (Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, and Aesthetic Medicine practitioners), their patients, and the Allergan Medical Aesthetics business.


Responsibilities:


  • Be the champion of our customers and their patients, continually working to better understand and deliver on their needs and identify opportunities for partnership
  • Lead the collaborative development of yearly BOTOX COSMETIC brand plans with local and International crossfunctional partners
  • Communicate strategic goals, positioning, messaging and tactical plans to internal customers, field sales force and external agencies.
  • Analyze market dynamics and opportunities and communicate findings to brand team and to senior management.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Forecasting team to deliver accurate and timely output.
  • Own the development of key solutions designed to boldly drive BOTOX COSMETIC growth while accurately planning and reporting financial spend; this includes estimating monetary impact of solutions and developing and implementing measurement plans
  • In collaboration with the sales training organization, develop robust, comprehensive sales force training programs and training execution strategies
  • Work closely with marketing colleagues to develop synergies with the other businesses in the Medical Aesthetics portfolio (including Juvéderm, CoolSculpting, Belkyra and SkinMedica)
  • Work collaboratively with International Strategic Marketing (ISM) counterparts to cocreate ISMled solutions to ensure they reflect Canadian strategic priorities and local regulations
  • Build and enrich KOL relationships in support of our brand objectives
  • Motivate and inspire field sales teams by delivering innovative and valuecreating tools and programs

Skills:


  • Proactive, creative and genuinely passionate about the aethetics industry
  • Strategic thinking, multitasking with a high level of organization and time management skills
  • Strong marketing skills including data analytics, strategy and marketing tool development
  • Resourceful selfstarter with the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders and opinion leaders
  • Strong project management skills and an ability to think and plan strategically and operate with executional excellence
  • Ability to take and process feedback constructively
  • Demonstrated financial accounting

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Equivalent to a fouryear University education with emphasis in science and/or business
  • A minimum of three years of commercial experience in the CPG or pharmaceutical industry; previous experience in sales and/or Marketing is an asset
  • Brand management experience is a strength; Medical Aesthetics experience is preferred
  • Flexibility for travel is required (~ 25%)
  • Bilingualism (French/English) would be an asset
